8 oz of orange juice
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Jambalya
Diet Coke
Dinner: Ham, cheese, tomato and herb mayonnaise on pita.
Diet Pepsi
Broccoli and Pasta.
Dessert: vanilla and chocolate frozen yogurt (about 6 oz)
