Wow haven't posted here in awhile.

I'm pretty much the same as far as weight lose, its between about 160 -165 depending on the day and etc. So I've lost about 30 lbs since August 2003 woohoo!

New template so I will try to update here more often. I have been slacking on exercise since the Spring semester ended, having to drive every day to summer classes and etc.

Leaving for England in a few days so I'm sure I'll do tons of real walking there, and I'm going to try not too eat too much yummy chocolate, double cream, and etc.
