Woo hoo I've lost 3 lbs since the last time I weighed myself, which was 2 weeks ago, but still I didn't think I would have lost that much - especially since I haven't been very good on Atkins and hadn't exercised most of this past week. Lost a total of 18 lbs woohoo wanna lose another 12 lbs but I won't get crazy over it.

Didn't weigh myself this week...been busy. Wasn't a good Atkins week or weekend hopefully this one will be better. Hmph.
