When Pete was here for the Holidays he got me WATP Express with the stretchie. I tried the one mile easy walk out last night and it was pretty good. I'm trying to be good on Atkins but dining hall food and missing lunch 3 days a week for classes doesn't make it easy!! I haven't really weighed myself lately the last time I did I was about the same though - so at least I haven't gained any back. My next goal is to lose at least another 10 lbs by the time I got to visit Pete in the summer :) See how that goes!
