I weighed myself yesterday. I lost about another 3 lbs since I last weighed myself. So now I'm up to 20-21 lbs lost total :) Seems like a lot for me but I don't feel too different. I guess everyone else can see the effects more than I can ;) I'd like to lose another 10 if possible but I dunno - especially with the holidays coming and Pete being here for a month in 24 days ;)
