And here we go again...

Ok so I lost 8 lbs...and then my world came crashing down on me and for the first time I actually LOST my APPEITITE. That's never happened to me before, but then again a lot of stuff hasn't that's been going on lately. So my hovering around 177-180. All I have to really make sure of is that I don't look like a big fat blob in my wedding dress...and that said wedding dress can zip up. Therefore, I want to get down to at least 170 but then. I was 174 when I last tried on my dress and it fit good so I'm thinking my goal to lose that 8-10 lbs again isn't too bad. It only took me like 2 months before. We'll see what happens though. Life's too short to worry about 10-15 lbs though that's for sure!

Well I'm leaving for England in a week and a half!!!! I didn't complete my original goal of losing 20 lbs in 2 months, which was a bit overly ambitious on my part! But I've lost 7 so far...and hope to lose maybe 2-3 more before I leave to make it an even 10.

I should be good when I'm in England, but my determination is always stiffled by the biscuit aisle in English supermarkets and double cream on desserts. Hmmmmm.

Been kinda slacking this week so far, not too bad though. Keeping up with my water and I exercised last night again...hope the weigh in is ok next Tuesday. Did cheat today and succumb to my weakness ;)

Woohoo stepped on the same scale today and it said I have lost 3 lbs yay!!

So: starting over weight 181 lbs

Weight as of today: 178 lbs wooohoo!

Ugh achy. I have cheated a bit the last few days, not too bad though. I weighed myself a few days early, yesterday, and I gained a pound according to the scale I always use as the grocery store. Which doesn't mean anything. I have to say I feel a lot better though. The reason I'm so achy today is I swam 5 laps in the pool yesterday then came home and did 3 miles of WATP Express. My shoulders and stomach muscles feel more tense probably from the swimming so I think I'll keep doing that when possible but also keep up with WATP when I can't swim - like today when its raining. I really want to tone up mostly so going to try to exercise everyday in some way. Best go and eat my breakfast bar before work and drink my water.
