(Monday's Food)
Breakfast
8:15am - one Morning Start Breakfast bar (2 net carbs)

Lunch
12:30pm - Salad

2 cups of lettuce, 1/4 cup of cheese, 2 tbsp of honey dijon dressing (4 net carbs?)

Dinner - Salad

1 cup of lettuce, 1/4 cup of cheese, 1/2 tomato, 2 tbsp honey dijon dressing (4 net carbs?)

1 sugar cookie (net carbs ?)

Water drunk

4 - 16 oz bottles.
