Hmmm I've been slacking on blogger here about what I eat but I have been keeping it down on paper - its easier that way now, so maybe I shall only use this for updates about weight and such.

Proud of myself - have done the 3 mile walk 3 times this week and have been pretty good on Atkins. Going to weigh myself on Saturday - wish me luck!
