Breakfast

8:30am - Atkins brand Morning Start bar - 2 grams net carbs


Lunch

11:30am - half of a small piece of pizza! (Couldn't resist! I was free!!)

12pm - 5 chicken nuggets - net carbs ?

1 cup of broccoli with 2 tbsp of shredded cheese - net carbs 1

Salad - 1 cup lettuce, onions, 2 tbsp italian dressing (net carbs 4)

Dinner

6:30pm - 1 cup broccoli with 3 tbsp of cheese sauce (net carbs 2)

1 cup salad - onions, cheese, italian dressing (net carbs 4)

1 cup frozen yogurt (net carbs ?)
