Breakfast

7:30am - Morning Start Breakfast Bar (2 net carbs)

Lunch

12:15pm - 6 chicken wings, 1 stick of celery, tbsp of ranch dressing (net carbs about 2)
Salad - 1 cup lettuce, onions, cheese, 1/4 of a tomato, 2 tbsp italian dressing (net carbs 4)

Snack

4:45 pm - 3 cups of Kettle Corn Popcorn (net carbs 9)

Water drunk so far: 30 fl oz.
