Breakfast

8am - Atkins brand Morning Start breakfast bar (net carbs: 2)

Exercise

3 Miles of Walk Away the Pounds for Abs

Snack

11am - one hot dog with ketcup (no bun)

Lunch

12pm - 2 cups of salad, 1/4 cup of feta cheese, 2 slices of ham, 1 celery stick, 2 tbsp of italian dressing (total net carbs: 5)

Snack

Atkins fudge brownie (net carbs: 9 grams)

Dinner

8pm - one hot dog w/ ketchup, no bun.

Total net carbs: 16

Cheating:

A spoon of ice cream, a small atkins brownie

Water drunk: 3 - 20 fl oz glasses
