Exercise

11am - 11:45am (about) Walk Away the Pounds for Abs 3 Mile walk

Snack

12pm - 2 celery sticks (plain) (net carbs: about 1, calories 15)

Lunch

About 1pm I think - 1.5 cups of caesar salad (net carbs: 7 grams, calories 150)

2 slices of Turkey Breast (net carbs: 0, calories ?)

1 can of Diet Coke with squeezed lemon

Water drunk - another 15 fl oz I guess
